Job Overview

As a Lead Generation Trainee, you will support our sales and marketing team in identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities. You will gain hands-on experience in technical lead generation within a niche and high-tech domain, helping expand our  customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  1. –     Research and identify potential clients in target sectors such as EVs, Power Electronics, power systems, renewables, and automation, etc.
    –     Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, databases, and search engines to gather contact information.
    –     Qualify leads based on interest, fit, and readiness to engage.
    –     Assist in running email campaigns, follow-up messages, and outreach scheduling.
    –     Maintain and update lead data accurately in CRM systems.
    –     Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to improve outreach strategy and content.
    –     Track and report on lead generation metrics and conversion rates.

Requirements

    –     Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics), Business, or related field (final-year students may also apply). 
    –     Strong interest in sales, business development, or technical marketing.
    –     Basic understanding of HIL, power electronics, or related technologies is a plus.
    –     Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
    –     Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
    –     Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM tools is an advantage.
